With no more than 10 people in each of our sessions our coaches can adapt every workout to suit those that are in each class. Meaning that we’re able to challenge even the fittest of members whilst still providing alternatives for those that may just be starting out or have limitations.

We also use MyZone heart rate monitor technology here at the studio, which tracks your effort whilst you are exercising in real time, as well as stores your workout history so you can track your progress.
Myzone lets you know how many calories you’re burning, where you’re at based on your individualised target zones and also awards effort points based on your own level of effort so even those who are just starting out have the opportunity to be recognised for their hard work!
We regularly set Myzone challenges in the studio each month for our members and also have a members achievement board that track in studio accomplishments so we can celebrate our wins together!
