Our signature hybrid sessions are designed to give you a complete full-body workout in just 30 minutes. Each day is different, combining a mix of resistance, cardio, power, core, and balance training — so you’ll never get bored, and your body keeps adapting.
These sessions follow a circuit-based format and are structured to help you push to 80% effort or above, working in the anaerobic zone with the support of your MyZone heart rate monitor. That means more intensity, more results — but always at your own pace. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll be supported to train at a level that challenges you.

CORE & MOBILITY
Our core sessions are 15 minutes of focused, slower-paced training designed to strengthen your abs, obliques, and lower back. They’re the perfect complement to your regular workouts, helping improve posture, stability, and overall strength through your midsection.
Our mobility sessions are also 15 minutes and are all about improving movement, reducing stiffness, and helping your body recover so you can train harder, feel better, and move well — both inside and outside the gym.
Both sessions are included with all memberships and don’t count towards your weekly class limit, making them an easy and valuable addition to your training routine.

Wednesday & Thursday – Upper Body
Friday & Sunday – Total Body
