HYBRID CIRCUIT
Our signature sessions change each day and are a hybrid style of training that includes a mix of all aspects of fitness including resistance, cardio, power, balance and core training resulting in a full body workout.
These sessions are generally circuit-based and are 30 minutes in length, with a focus throughout the sessions to reach 80% effort or above with your MyZone heart rate working in the anaerobic zone – these sessions are called HYBRID CIRCUIT on our timetable, however each session is designed for you to work to your own capabilities and your own level of intensity.

CORE
Our core sessions are a slower paced, 15 minute class that target your mid-section and are great to include alongside your normal training. These classes are included with all membership options and do not get taken out of your allocated classes per week.

STRENGTH
Our strength sessions are a slower paced workout that include strength focused exercises only. These classes run for 45 minutes and are a full body workout including a variety of compound and isolation movements. Each strength block runs for 6 weeks to allow for progression and members to gain confidence in their form and technique with an upper body, lower body and full body split.
