Our 1:1 sessions that we include with our memberships give us the chance to sit down, listen, and tailor a plan around you — so the training you do actually works for your goals.

That’s what makes small group training different.

Because we care (and know what you’re capable of

Because we care (and know what you’re capable of), we’ll always encourage you to challenge yourself! Because if you’re not challenging yourself you’re not going to see results! 💪🏼

Progressive overload = increasing the demand we place on our muscles to improve our strength over time. We can do this by:

✅ increasing the weight we’re lifting
✅ increasing our sets or reps at our current max weight
✅ switching up the tempos
✅ improving our range of movement

We asked some of our regular Co.Fit kids if they enjoyed coming to the gym and this is what they had to say…

Our studio is family friendly, so you’re welcome to bring the kids along with you to your sessions! We have bean bags with kids netflix available for them to watch, along with some toys and our seating area where a lot of the kids enjoy spending some time on their ipads (as you can tell from this video 😂). And with sessions only being 30-45 minutes long it means you can focus on yourself without stressing about the kids.
